By producing items only when they are ordered, we avoid overproduction, which is a major contributor to pollution and excess landfill waste in traditional retail models. This eco-friendly approach ensures that each product is crafted with care and purpose.

As our products are made on demand, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges for items due to size, color, or personal preference. However, we gladly accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

Defective Products or Order Errors

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, we’re here to help. You may request a replacement or refund under the following circumstances:

1. Defective Product: If the item arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., misprints, damaged fabric, etc.).
2. Incorrect Order: If you receive an item that differs from what was ordered (wrong size, color, design, etc.).

How to Request a Return or Replacement

To initiate a return or replacement, please contact us at support@veganizer.art within 14 days of receiving your order. Include the following information:

• Order number
• A detailed description of the issue
• Photos of the defective product or incorrect item

Once we verify the defect or error, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

• Items that are not defective or incorrect
• Buyer’s remorse or sizing issues (ensure to review the size charts before ordering)
